Group Therapy
Some healing can’t happen in isolation. Our group therapy programs are safe, structured spaces where real people process real life — together. Led by Kyle Braunskill and licensed partners, our groups are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and community-driven.
Grow in Community. Heal in Solidarity.
All groups are confidential and judgment-free.

Rooted Rising
Grounded in Identity. Growing in Purpose.

Teens today are expected to figure out who they are while being pulled in every direction — school, family, friends, social media, and expectations they didn’t ask for. Rooted Rising creates a safe space where teens can slow down, reflect, and grow — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
This group helps young people become grounded in their identity while reaching upward toward their potential. It’s a place where they can unpack real emotions, build emotional intelligence, and start defining what success and self-worth look like for them.
